I know a boy. He aimed to touch that bell right at the top of the building like everyone else. He had to climb the wall to do it. But he had no training.
So he tried. After a few steps up he lost his grip and swung down. He tried again and again. After the fourth tries he stopped.
He did not say anything. But his face showed his frustration and a bit of embarassment. I know him very well to see his quiet determination.
After many hours he came back around and tried again.
And this time, this time, with the right Coaching, Guidance and Encouragement, combined with his Determination, he MADE IT to the bell.
The small crowd that has gathered to watch him cheered and clapped.
He .. well, he maintained his cool. I know him very well to see the underlying joy of success.
And I silently wiped my invisible tears.
